The corporation is formed for the following purposes:

• To facilitate and promote education for youth and adults by organizing team and individual trivia events, and by promoting trivia games aimed at broadening general knowledge and intellectualism, furthering educational efforts, and fostering community cohesion.
• Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, the purposes of this corporation are limited to exclusively to exempt purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

The corporation is organized under the Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law for public, charitable, or public and charitable purposes, specifically the purpose of this Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation is to facilitate and promote team and individual trivia games, with a purpose of furthering educational efforts and creating community cohesion.

Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, the purposes of this corporation are limited to exclusively to exempt purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

No part of the net earnings of the corporation shall inure to the benefit of, or be distributable to its members, trustees, officers, or other private persons, except as allowed by law.
